Siren's kiss

This cocktail will be shaken.
2 ounces of milk
¼ ounce of orgeat syrup
Few ice cubes
½ ounce of Malibu
½ ounce of white creme de cacao Meaghers
½ ounce of irish cream: Carolan's
Pour into an old fashioned glass
Sprinkle powdered cocoa
Garnish with two straws.

             Summer breeze

Pour directly into a highball glass:
Few ice cubes
1¼ ounce of Malibu
2 ounces of grapefruit juice
2 ounces of cranberry juice
Garnish with a lime wedge and two straws
and a swizzle stick.

Optional: a tropical flower.

2 ounces of pineapple juice
2 ounces of orange juice
Few ice cubes
½ ounce of grenadine syrup
1¼ ounce of Malibu
¾ ounce of amaretto Dell' amorosa
Pour into a hurricane glass.
Garnish with an orange wheel
and few "Bing" cherries and a flexible straw.
