| 13 - What is the final grade that I need to pass the course and how do I obtain the final grade? You need at least 60% to pass the course. You final grade is sent to you via email at the same time as the certificate. | ||
| 14 - What is minimum computer requirement to take the course? The are no minimum requirements, the course consists of web browsing. | ||
| 15 - Does the course work with all web browsers ? The course was developed to support Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. | ||
| 16 - What if I don't pass the exam? As long as your registration is valid (time limit of 60 days) you have unlimited chances of retaking an exam that you have failed. | ||
| 17 - Do I have access to the previous chapters as I'm writing the exams? and what about the final exam ? As long as your registration is valid (time limit of 60 days), you have access to the chapters that you have successfully completed even after your final exam. | ||
